Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and local postal services. NasoRest is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
From time to time, free shipping promotions may be available and will be clearly indicated on our website.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

If you do not see updates right away, don’t worry — carriers often take time to scan packages into their system.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
NasoRest is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

NasoRest is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service or carrier directly.
